John cleaned and regrouted our bathroom floors and shower in May 2022, doing a fantastic job. We noticed some of the ground in shower was discolored in January 2023. John returned several times to resolve the issue, removing old grout and replacing with new grout, including cleaning to shower drain. Thank you for excellent service. John did exactly what he said he would do. Provided reminders of appointment and arrived on time. Did a fantastic job cleaning the grout of my bathroom floor and shower tiles. It now looks pristine white. He also removed silicon caulk between my kitchen granite and travertine backsplash and replaced it with the proper grout. It looks brand spanking new. He also said he could refinish and reseal my granite kitchen counter. So, I will probably have him back!

We had our 3 bathroom floors done. He cleaned the grout and shaded it to better match the floor tiles. They all came out looking better than they did when the floor was first put in. Sir Grout was easy to deal with appts etc. Would definitely call him again.

John did a fantastic job cleaning, sealing, and re-grouting our master bath and guest bath. He thoroughly explained the process and made sure I was pleased with the color choices, and when the work was completed made sure I had a non toxic cleaning alternative to keep my shower looking bright and clean. John saved our marble floor, it was cloudy and dull and looked dirty, we thought we were going to have to have it removed. John worked his magic and the floor is gorgeous, it is as pretty as it was the day it was installed. He also educated us on how to care for it and when I had an issue he came right out and fixed it. We will use him again and we highly recommend him.
