Throughout his career, Frankie has built a reputation for driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering results across healthcare, home services, and residential sales. His leadership approach is rooted in accountability, clear communication, and consistent execution in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Now serving as General Manager for Sir Grout Raleigh-Durham, Frankie is focused on elevating both operational standards and the customer experience. He leads with a hands-on approach, ensuring efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
Outside of work, Frankie values faith, family, and personal growth. As a father, his purpose is centered on leading by example and creating a lasting, meaningful impact in both his home and the communities he serves.

Yenly has been an invaluable member of the Sir Grout team for over 8 years, starting her journey as our Digital Marketing Account Manager. Throughout the years, she has transitioned into several key roles, eventually becoming our Operations Manager.
