Owner, John Van Witzenberg
John Van Witzenberg is the owner of Sir Grout Raleigh. He was born and raised in Chicago, but he currently resides in North Carolina with his wife JoAnn, whom he's been married to for 30 years, and their two dogs Shelby and Bentley. He's known for being an outdoorsman who enjoys camping, water sports, and skydiving. The latter is something he learned while doing time in the US Army, stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After spending years in the home improvement industry and owning a carpentry business, he felt the need to start something new. Despite being an entrepreneur at heart, he never felt like he had found the right business for him. Fortunately, he found Sir Grout. Sir Grout's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and providing excellent products aligned perfectly with his work ethic. After receiving constant support from the owners of the franchise, he finally inaugurated Sir Grout Raleigh. Now, John foresees himself and his customers enjoying a long and successful business relationship.
All Sir Grout Raleigh Technicians are trained in house and held to a high standard of workmanship and ethical behavior. All jobs are completed by our employees and none of our work is performed by subcontractors.
