The customer experience from beginning to end has been excellent! Mike did an absolutely fantastic job on our downstairs shower, restoring not only the shower but also the floor tile in the bathroom in September.

His attention to detail was amazing, and he made it a point to keep me informed about what he was doing from start to finish. He was so focused on delivering quality work that he made it a point to come back a few days later to touch up his work.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing the grout in our master bath. This included our tiled shower, bathroom floor, and ledges around our sinks and tub areas. The work is flawless, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sir Grout for future projects.

Our technician, Eric, was prompt and efficient. He answered all our questions and concerns. He was neat and tidy and did an outstanding job. He had more knowledge or his profession than the salesperson who came to our house.

The job was bigger than he anticipated. We have a double shower and the room is quite large. We also had them do the bathroom floor. Nonetheless, he met the challenge, and we now have a lovely "like new" shower again.

He promised to swing by with our bottle of cleaner when the cleaner is back in stock. We look forward to his call and the cleaner so we can maintain the shower as he left it.

Derek did an awesome job listening to our requests and implementing solutions! Our ensuite bathroom now looks clean and attractive. He introduced us to the pH neutral cleaner and gave us great instructions on how to keep it looking great. He always showed up on time and was courteous and cooperative.
