Mike did a 5-star job on my kitchen floor! He texted to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated.

Upon arrival, I could see that Mike was genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. He wanted to ensure I was happy with my grout color selection and suggested a couple of other options, one of which I ultimately selected.

Mike was friendly, professional, respectful of my property, and very knowledgeable about the process. I had a lot of questions, particularly about after-care of the floor after the job was done, and Mike was patient and took the time to educate me.

The floor looks fantastic. I highly recommend Mike and Sir Grout!
