Blade and Josh from Sir Grout did an outstanding job cleaning and applying an epoxy seal to the grout in my walk-in shower.
They were both professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain the entire process clearly and made sure I understood the care and maintenance needed to keep everything looking great. The shower looks practically brand new.

Blade and Josh explained each procedure throughout the day as they restored the grout in our kitchen and master bath. This included the color of the grout to be used, which was tested before proceeding with the restoration. They took their time and answered every question that was presented to them. It was a pleasure working with this team.

Upon arrival, I could see that Mike was genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. He wanted to ensure I was happy with my grout color selection and suggested a couple of other options, one of which I ultimately selected.
Mike was friendly, professional, respectful of my property, and very knowledgeable about the process. I had a lot of questions, particularly about after-care of the floor after the job was done, and Mike was patient and took the time to educate me.
