These guys are top-notch. They got rid of all the hardwater spots on the shower floor that had defied everything I had tried. And unlike so many businesses, they showed up exactly on time. Very professional and quality work that I would definitely recommend.

My only regret is that we didn't call Sir Grout sooner! Over the last 25 years, our primary bathroom shower developed moldy nastiness that was impossible to scrub clean, no matter what we tried. We didn't want to invest $20k in an entire bathroom renovation, but we had begun to dread stepping into such a depressing shower.

We are so glad that we reached out to Sir Grout to explore a much less expensive option. Tim gave us a very scientific explanation of our options, and provided a detailed price estimate. We were able to book our restoration project within a few weeks, and the job was completed in two days. Our technician Eric showed up promptly and worked masterfully to transform the shower and floor. He checked in periodically to explain his process, confirm our grout color choice, provide updates on his progress, and to check to make sure we were satisfied with his work.

It is rare to find someone who takes such care and pride in their workmanship, much less someone who listens to a book while working. It's like we have a brand-new shower. Thank you, Sir Eric, for transforming our bathroom!

John, our technician, did an excellent job cleaning the travertine tile in our master bath shower and floor. I'm glad we found Sir Grout. The tile looks like new, and we avoided the cost of a remodel project. We are a happy customer!

Eric did an excellent job on both are kitchen backsplash and floor pan in our shower. Neither one of our areas were in terrible shape, but his work definitely improved the look. We had a new kitchen counter installed, and he was able to make the larger gap between the backsplash and counter top look awesome.

He also replaced missing grout in our shower and it looks fantastic. It was a bit more expensive than I hoped, given the condition of our areas. All in all great result. Eric was patient and kind to me, answered all my questions and helped me to make good choices.
