Joe who came & did the work on our bathroom did a wonderful job. He was on time & explained everything to us & did not leave any mess. We were pleased. Also pleased with Frankie who came initially to give us an overview for the job.

Excellent experience with Sir Grout. They helped us with cracked grout in our bathroom and color finished them.

They took care in their work, and it looked great afterward, and they came back a few days later to ensure any leftover residue was cleaned and the floors/tile looked how we wanted them.

The technician was Joe, and he was excellent and easy to talk to and work with. Frankie, who scheduled us and quoted the work, was also great to work with and communicated well over text and phone calls promptly with any questions or concerns I had.

They were thorough, professional, and helpful. They were also able to fit us in on the schedule much sooner than we anticipated initially, which was a huge help.
